Delivery Information:
All shipping prices listed are for UPS Ground shipping within the continental US. Ground service is available only Monday  through Friday. Please specify your desired delivery date. Delivery dates are approximate.
Air shipping is available, but you must call to place an order for Air shipping.

For multiple orders, please enter address of first recipient in ship to box.
Enter additional addresses in Text box or you can fax or email us list of addresses (631)589-3590.
Please be sure addresses are correct and complete. We guarantee delivery only to address given. Orders will not be forwarded if address is incorrect. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in lost and/or delayed baskets.

If you are sending to a business, hospital or hotel, please be aware that the driver may deliver to a shipping/receiving department or reception area. They will then be responsible for getting to individual addressee.

Gift Card Message:
Please list message as you would like it to appear on enclosure card.
Be sure to include name(s) that card should be signed with, so recipient will know who sent it. For multiple orders, be sure to list text message, for each basket order.

Custom Baskets:
Custom Baskets can be ordered by calling us. We can make any variation of any basket you see, either smaller or larger.

Substitution Policy:
If we are temporarily out of a product or specific basket, our associates may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

Return Policy:
Food baskets and bath baskets are not returnable. This is for health and safety reasons.
